Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:Bonus based on performanceHealth insurancePaid time offTraining & developmentSUMMARY:The accurate and quality installation of all systems as directed by Foreman and to provide 100% customer satisfaction.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Include the following (Other duties may be assigned)Assists in preparing and loading truck on a daily basisPreparation of outside system as directed by Foreman, includes trenchingSealing outside wall as neededInstallation of outside system, including Monsanto, plastic and pipe installationBackfill trench, mulch and clean outside areaPrepare for installation of inside system by covering and/or moving customers property and placing plastic around the work area to protect the customers fixed propertyJack hammers out the existing concrete floor as directedRemoval of concrete floor break outTrenches interior as directedInstallation of sump crock and pumpDrills weep holesInstallation of cove plate and/or dura shield as directedInstallation of pipe system and seal (burn) pipe system to sump crockGravel interior systemRemove plastic covers and cleans work area to customers satisfactionPlaces plastic runners down and installs vapor barrierPour concrete for inside systemReports to ForemanMust assist Foreman with installing the proposed workMust attend weekly safety meetingsResponsible for the loading and unloading of material on and off company vehicleResponsible for keeping an appropriate appearance of company vehicleAssist with Material inventory on truckQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
