Head of Engineering (Founding Engineer) PropTech AI-First Platform Location: NYC Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) Compensation: $150k base .5% equity plus Performance Bonus Reports to: CTO About Our Client Our client is a seed-stage startup with real revenue and real customers. Their mission: reinvent how owners operators and contractors manage buildings. Their building a cutting-edge 3D AI-driven platform that transforms property operations into something intuitive visual and radically more efficient. Were looking for a Founding Engineer who will grow into the Head of Engineering. For the first 3-6 months youll be hands-on shipping product quickly then taking full ownership of engineering process team and culture.
