Your work will unlock faster decisions, tighter coordination, and adaptive operations for the people driving the defense tech revolution.What You’ll OwnArchitecting and implementing backend services in Django and PostgreSQLDesigning and exposing GraphQL APIs to support AI agents and real-time frontendsBuilding secure, scalable models for production, procurement, and inventoryOptimizing database performance and ensuring system reliability at scaleContributing to CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based environments, and deployment workflowsEnabling real-time orchestration across human and AI agentsWhat You Bring5+ years of backend or full-stack experience with production systemsMastery of Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and GraphQLExperience designing secure APIs with clear access controlA track record of owning features end to end — from design to deploymentComfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and cross-disciplinary problem-solvingBonus: Familiarity with FEDRAMP, ITAR/DFARS, or secure multi-tenant architecturesBonus: Experience with WebSockets, real-time systems, or frontend debugging in ReactHow We WorkWe value autonomy, urgency, and ownership.
