About the Role We are seeking a dynamic resourceful individual with 0.5 to 5 years of experience who thrives in fast-paced environments. This role requires someone scrappy entrepreneurial and eager to take ownership of operational workflows customerrelationships and cross-functional collaboration. As one of the earliest operations hires you will directly influence the companys trajectory and eventually grow into managing a team. What Youll Be Doing Design and execute operational workflows for recruiting vetting and managing specialized experts across diverse fields. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop workforce platforms that support expert search and annotation. Engage directly with customers and partners on large-scale high-impact projects. Integrate expert data into advanced environments ensuring seamless operational execution. Build and scale the team taking on management responsibilities as the organization grows.
