Job Description

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring a Franchise Coordinator to support franchise onboarding operations and ongoing partner success in the Durham NC region. This role ensures franchisees have the tools training and guidance needed to meet brand standards and operate effectively. The Franchise Coordinator will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support franchise launches maintain documentation coordinate training and streamline communication.ResponsibilitiesSupport franchisees throughout onboarding and ongoing operationsOversee timelines tracking and deliverables for new franchise locationsCoordinate and monitor training sessions and maintain training documentsAssist credentialing billing and authorization teams with franchise setupMonitor franchise compliance and operational readinessSupport marketing and brand standards implementationPrepare agendas notes and follow-ups for franchise meetingsMaintain onboarding resources SOPs and documentationCoordinate logistics for franchise-related events and exposIdentify operational risks or gaps and recommend improvementsProvide high-quality communication and support to franchise partnersRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent experienceStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspaceAbility to work onsite in Durham NCPreferred QualificationsExperience in franchise operations or business coordinationBackground in ABA therapy or healthcare operationsExperience supporting multi-site operationsSkillsProject coordinationCommunication and relationship managementDocumentation and SOP maintenanceCross-functional collaborationAttention to detailProblem-solvingBenefits$50000$60000 bonus potentialMedical dental vision insurancePTO and paid holidaysCompany-paid life insurance401(k) with employer contributionProfessional development opportunitiesRequired Skills:Strong organizational and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Ability to track tasksRequired Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications Project Management Healthcare Administration or a related fieldEquivalent work experience may be considered in place of a degree Key Skills Business Development,Restaurant Experience,Sales Experience,Design Controls,HIPAA,Management Experience,Computer Literacy,Next Generation Sequencing,Smartsheet,Guest Services,Kickboxing,Supervising Experience Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 50000 - 60000
