Job Description

The RoleThe Fraud Quality Assurance Analyst works with our Operations Partners to ensure we are in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations and SoFis policies and procedures. The Fraud QA Analyst serves as a Subject Matter Expert and will proactively support SoFis Fraud Operations divisions by collecting analyzing and visualizing data to provide insights for business decision-making.What Youll Do:Manage the Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) analysis and process for assigned SoFi Operations business unitsDevelop and implement a QAT strategy including focus areas; testing methodology standards and procedures and; frequency of testing (e.g. random and targeted testing on an as-needed basis)Identify potential risks and conflicts prior to a deployment and ensure that all necessary checks are carried out before approval is given to the deployment teamsReporting and analytics of QA results - conduct review meetings with Operational areas to review and discuss trends and develop action plans for improvementDeep understanding of processes within the product and recommend appropriate control points to ensure safety and soundness of functionalityPartner with PMO and Engineering on automation and enhancements to processesCommunicate ongoing project health with key stakeholders and business leadershipEscalate high risk issues behaviors or trends to management for corrective/remedial action as requiredEstablish and maintain an effective feedback loop with stakeholders and business unit leadersMaintain an awareness of and act in accordance with team goals and business unit policiesSupport special projects and seek efficiencies within QA processesKeep informed of current Fraud and Risk policiesQA production support when necessaryWhat Youll Need:Must have experience in data analyticsStrong written communication skills are required to answer questions and communicate issues clearly & concisely to associates customers as well as managementUnderstanding of statistical and targeted QA sampling conceptsAbility to react to change quickly and implement new processes & proceduresAbility to work independently with little or no supervisionStrong understanding of SoFi products along with compliance operational and risk mitigationAbility to work and accomplish goals with minimal supervisionAbility to multi-task and manage competing prioritiesMust be detail-oriented with an ability to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)Fraud experience preferredRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Test Cases,SQL,Quality Assurance,Agile,TFS,Jira,Software Testing,Test Automation,Cucumber,QA/QC,SDLC,Selenium Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
