Remote Freight Collections AnalystLocation: Plano, Texas (Fully Remote)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay Range: $26.00-$35.00/hourAbout the Role:Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Freight Collections Analyst to manage accounts receivable, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure timely customer payments in the transportation and logistics sector.Key Responsibilities:Collect and manage outstanding receivables, reducing accounts receivable aging.Analyze customer accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and process accurate invoices.Communicate with customers, AP contacts, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.Document communications and maintain accurate account records.Process customer credit requests and monitor credit limits.Maintain up-to-date customer information in Great Plains and Transportation Management Systems.Prepare AR aging reports and support weekly review meetings.Handle additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:1+ year of credit, collections, or accounts receivable experience.1+ year of customer service experience.Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred but not required.Experience with Great Plains and transportation/logistics preferred.Skills:Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with teams.Staffmark Employee BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance | Life Insurance | Short-term Disability | 401k Plans | Weekly Pay | Referral Bonus Potential | Employee Discount ProgramsInterested?
