Raines has maintained a family-oriented culture that believes in building relationships with our associates with our partners and within the communities where we operate.Essential FunctionsAssisting guests efficiently courteously and professionally at all timesMaintain a high level of service and hospitalityPromptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely mannerPost guest charges collect payments and follow all cash handling proceduresHandle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalismBe knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs special offers)Be a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concernsRespond quickly to incoming calls lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistanceHave full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma GED or equivalentExperience in customer service forward-facing or other guest related positionsProficient in Microsoft Office or similar computer applicationsExperience in the hospitality industry as a front desk agent hotel receptionist or other guest services preferredExperience with brand or property specific PMS Quore PBX and other hotel related systems preferredMust speak English fluently.Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.Problem solving reasoning and ability to multi-task and interact with people under pressure.Raines is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
