With a membership that is growing every day individuals are needed to support our daily operations. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for phone and email communications coordination of member bookings and outreach to prospective clientele. This is a part-time position with an expectation of approximately 20-25 hours per week of work. Work hours are flexible with options for both mornings and afternoon/evenings. Some weekend hours will be required. The culture of D1 separates us as we are all driven to make an impact on those we serve.ResponsibilitiesContribute to our welcoming supportive atmosphere by serving as the face of D1 when athletes enter the facility.Making outbound calls daily to prospective athletes with an emphasis on responsiveness and value.Making sure all communications with current and prospective athletes are logged and managed correctly.Provide accurate and beneficial information to athletes about D1 services to ensure we are providing optimal supports to meet their goals.Preferred Qualifications1 years in sales.1 years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry. Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180 in development. At D1 Training we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1 we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the worlds best athletes and deliver the in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete matured into fitness training for adults as well.
