This role focuses ondelivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment handling check ins and payments and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth welcoming and efficient patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage patients delivering a friendly and professional first impression.Present and explain membership options promotions and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals.Process membership sales upgrades and payments accurately.Track and report sales activity patient visits and conversion metrics.Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team as needed.QualificationsPrior experience in sales customer service or a client-facing role preferred.Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment.Basic computer and payment processing skills.Reliable professional and goal-oriented team player.ScheduleThis role requires availability Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays from 9:30am to 7:00pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 5:00pm with Occasional Travel.Compensation and BenefitsBase Pay: $13.00 per hourBonus potentialHealth Insurance401(k) RetirementPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysEmployee Discount4-day workweek: Wednesdays Thursdays Fridaysfrom 9:30am to 7:00pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 5:00pmWhy Join UsWhen you join The Joint youre not just starting a new job youre joining a movement.
