Job Description

We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.  This position would be floating to any one of our 11 clinics as needed for coverage for between 30-40 hours a week. Reliable transportation is a must as you could be covering one clinic on Monday and another on Friday. Please go to our website to check out where our clinics are located and be willing to travel to any of them. When not covering vacations you will be part of our billing office team in Lake Oswego.  As the first point of contact for our organization you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations and providing administrative support.Greet and direct visitors employees and clients in a professional mannerAnswer and route incoming calls using multi-line phone systemManage visitor log and issue visitor badges according to security protocolsSchedule and coordinate meetings and conference roomsProcess incoming and outgoing mail and packagesMaintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as neededProvide general administrative support to various departmentsHandle basic inquiries and direct complex queries to appropriate departmentsEnsure lobby and reception area are tidy and professional at all timesAssist with special projects and administrative tasks as neededQualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required1-2 years of reception or administrative experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)Experience with scheduling software and phone systemsProfessional appearance and demeanorCustomer service-oriented mindsetAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretionDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsAdditional Information : Compensation:  $18.00 - $19.00 hourly rate401k with matchingEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Clinical mentorshipEmployee discount plansFull suite of benefitsRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Anti Money Laundering,Machinery Maintenance,IT Consultancy,Fiber Optic,Cardiovascular Experience: years Vacancy: 1
