The Purpose of Your RoleThe Front Desk Receptionist works closely with our collaborative administration team to provide program and administrative support to the Outpatient Administrative Assistant Office Manager Clinical Director Clinical Assistants and Therapists. They provide a high standard of helpful professional and caring treatment to all clients by maintaining consistent and effective interactions. We strive to change the lives of individuals and their families who have been suffering from unrelenting anxiety disturbing and terrifying thoughts uncontrollable worry exhausting behaviors and rituals and avoidance that keeps them from living their lives.Our Investment in YouA competitive base pay401k plan with a matchCore benefits: medical/dental/vision with the company contribution to medical benefits for employee and dependentsCompany-paid employee life insuranceVoluntary benefitsPaid time off includes 15 days (120 hours) of Paid Time Off 5 days (40 hours) of Sick Time and 9 days (72 hours) Company holiday payPaid specialized ongoing training strengthening your skills experiences and connections that will help advance your careerResponsibilities:Able to work Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pmGreets and checks-in clients visitors and vendorsVerifies client information and collects patient copaysIncident and customer services managementCompletes client reminder callsManages incoming mail screens and replies to emails and callsNavigates electronic medical record system and manages therapist schedulesMaintains data spreadsheetsAssists the team with administrative/clerical duties development and implementation of processesWorks independently and cohesively with various departments within the company to ensure growth and client satisfactionLearns and practices de-escalation techniques (may occasionally be exposed to high-stress environments)Provides a welcoming safe environment and keeps clients motivated to work through distress and eliminate neutralizing behaviorsMaintains a safe and clean environmentAdheres to all company policies and proceduresPresents self in a professional mannerOther duties as assignedThe Skills and Expertise You Have:High school diploma or equivalent6 months experience in customer serviceProficient knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word Excel and other computer softwareAccurate and efficient electronic data entryMust be punctual and maintain excellent attendanceOrganized detail-oriented takes initiative and completes job responsibilities independentlyMultitask problem-solve interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skillsThrives in a changing work environment including inside outside and loud noise levelPhysical demands of the job will include sitting at a desk or table for extended periods bending lifting and walkingPreferred Qualifications:Experience in medical or behavioral health officesBilling and insurance experienceDisclaimerOCD Anxiety Centers has not designed this job description to contain a comprehensive list of activities duties or responsibilities required of the employee.
