Qdoba Mexican Eats is looking to add customer-oriented Line Servers to it's team! We have both full and part-time positions available and can offer a flexible work schedule to fit your needs.Key Responsibilities:Engage and interact with guests and other team membersCreate guest orders as requested and ensure the accuracy of each orderPay careful attention to presentation of foodFrequently clean the service line, restaurant equipment, and dining area and assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanlinessPrepare, create and maintain food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portions and food prep logs/toolsReplenish food in service stations and holding areas appropriatelyProvide outstanding customer service throughout entire working shiftRing order accurately by using the point of sale system Other Requirements:Previous restaurant experience preferredStrong communication skillsDesire to learn and take on additional tasksIntegrity
