You'll transformdesigns into polished, interactive web experiences while working on our large-scalecorporate website platform.A creative problem-solver who asks; What if...; and enjoys pushing technicalboundaries. You should be comfortable managing your own workload in a fast-pacedenvironment and have a proven track record of delivering quality code on schedule.What You'll Do* Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes andcomponents within our WordPress VIP environment* Implement new tools and integrations and work with cross-functionalstakeholders for trusted and secure deployment* Lead site migration projects and implement UX enhancements* Build responsive, accessible UI components using modern front-endtechnologies* Conduct quality assurance testing and optimize performance across browsersand devices* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators,and stakeholders* Coordinate taxonomy updates and support global localization efforts* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for our publishing workflow* Contribute to technical documentation and development standardsRequired Qualifications* 5+ years of professional WordPress VIP development, includingtheme customization and plugin integration* Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript* Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.* Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub)* Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques* Can coordinate and PM our UX/UI development efforts* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
