Kids R Kids Houston Heights is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Front Office Coordinator to join our team in Houston TX. This role plays a key part in managing daily administrative operations welcoming families and ensuring smooth communication between parents staff and management. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Texas state licensing requirements as well as experience withProcare and IntelliKids software systems.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for families answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service.Manage daily administrative duties including maintaining records scheduling and coordinating communications.Ensure compliance with Texas state licensing regulations and assist in preparing documentation for inspections and audits.Utilize Procare and IntelliKids software to manage enrollment attendance billing and reporting.Collaborate with teaching staff and management to support the daily operations of the center.Handle incoming phone calls emails and in-person requests professionally and efficiently.RequirementsPrior experience in an administrative or front office role preferably in early childhood education or a related field.Working knowledge of Texas state licensing regulations pertaining to childcare centers.Proficient in Procare and IntelliKids software platforms.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.Must have flexible avalibility primary hours will be 9:30 AM-6:30 PM Monday-FridayBenefitsCompetitive hourly wage of $20.00 per hour.Opportunities for professional development and training.Supportive and family-friendly work environment.Employee discounts and wellness programs.About the CompanyKids R Kids Houston Heights is dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education and care in a nurturing and safe environment.
