Frontend Developer at AppleOne Employment Services

AppleOne is assisting a client located in Lake Mary that is seeking a Frontend Engineer to help shape the future of their user interfaces. In this role, you’ll build fast, accessible, and visually engaging applications at scale, lead major feature development and technical refactors, and own the evolution of their component design system. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams while mentoring engineers and setting frontend standards, tooling, and best practices.What you'll be doingCreate fast, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces at scaleContribute to feature development and technical improvementsSupport application performance tuning and optimizationMaintain and enhance our component design system library in partnership with Product and DesignGuide and support mid-level and junior frontend engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharingHelp establish frontend standards, tooling, and best practicesWork closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver cohesive user experiencesWhat we’re looking for5+ years of professional frontend engineering experienceStrong proficiency in modern React and TypeScript MUSTExperience with state management patternsDemonstrated experience delivering high-quality, complex user interfaces at scaleAttention to design details, animation, and motionExperience contributing to or scaling a design system or component librarySkills in performance profiling and optimizationSolid understanding of modern bundlersExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience integrating and customizing UI charting libraries and third-party SDKs/APIsContributions to open-source UI libraries or toolsBackground in design or strong collaboration history with designersExperience building editor tools, dashboards, or data-intensive applications
