Frontend Developer at Robert Half

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer who can build modern, scalable, cloud-based applications and lead best practices across a highly visible engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing front-end systems from the ground up, mentoring junior developers, and delivering polished, user-focused interfaces for external-facing applications.What You’ll DoCollaborate with product and design teams to develop intuitive and scalable cloud-based front-end solutions.Define and document best practices for modern front-end architecture.Mentor junior developers and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure quality and alignment.Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement proactive improvements.Use data-driven insights to inform product strategy and enhance user experience.Champion the adoption of modern front-end technologies and frameworks.What We’re Looking For6+ years of professional UI/front-end development experience.Strong expertise in Angular (required) and modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Demonstrated ability to build front-end applications from scratch.Experience working in AWS and Microsoft environments.Proficiency with Visual Studio, Git, Jira, REST APIs, responsive design, debugging, and unit testing.Strong understanding of front-end architecture, cross-browser compatibility, and usability.Experience mentoring junior developers.Angular or AWS certifications are a plus.
