Come join our team and help enrich the lives of children and your own clinical growth. Job Requirements:Have experience in the field of autism and special needs, education, mental health and ABAMinimum BA/BS with 6 months – 1 years experience with ABA. BA/BS preferred in the fields of psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, school psychology, education, special education, ABA, or related fieldAvailable primarily 2pm on multiple days per week; able to maintain consistent schedule; Commit to 1 year of employmentPossess strong clinical insight, and critical thinking skillsBilingual Spanish speaking therapists highly desiredReliable transportation and valid CA driver's license and driver's insuranceJob Responsibilities:Be fun, energetic, and motivating for the children and families we work withProvide skills training services and/or behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, adults and their familiesPart-time (up to 25 hours per week dependent on Therapist and client's availability and degree); available after 2pm on multiple days per week; reliableTravel between client's homes within the Orange County areaMaintain accurate records of therapy provided including session notes, and data/summariesProvide feedback to parents/caregivers regarding progress of clients as well as recommendationsCollaborate with other therapists and clinical staff in the agency, as well as schools and other therapies client's receiveAble to work as an independent clinician in implementing treatment plans, seeking out additional support and supervision from clinical team as neededParticipate in on-going trainings and supervisionBenefits:Competitive pay at $18-22/hour, dependent on education (MA/MS with doctorate in process, or doctorate received) and experience (i.e., ABA); ability to work independentlyPaid mileage between appointmentsPaid initial and on-going trainings on various clinical topicsAttendance at relevant conferences and trainingsMedical insurance benefits for part-time and full-time staffField-based supportFlexible schedulingTraining in assessment, data analysis and report writing, and programmingSupervision through the BBS and BACBOpportunities for advancementSIGN-ON BONUS paid after 90 days Company DescriptionCome Join a Dynamic and Quality-Focused Team of Professionals!Company DescriptionCome Join a Dynamic and Quality-Focused Team of Professionals!
