This position plays a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy fresh, high-quality food every time they visit.ResponsibilitiesThe Fry Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items, with a strong focus on fried products. Key duties include:Prepping, hand-battering, and frying sides and chicken entréesCutting, lifting, measuring, portioning, and restocking products as neededPreparing all food to Fuddruckers specifications, maintaining freshness, temperature, and hold-time standardsCommunicating effectively with other cooks and the expeditor to meet guest needsMonitoring ticket times to ensure prompt service that meets company standardsPracticing and reinforcing food safety procedures in line with company, local, state, and federal guidelinesMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentUpholding a professional appearance and adhering to uniform standardsDemonstrating problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentWorking effectively as part of a team with a strong sense of urgencyCross-training in other kitchen areas as neededPerforming additional tasks as assigned by managementRequirementsMinimum of one year of relevant experience and/or training preferredAbility to stand or walk for extended periods (6–8 hours)Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as reaching, stooping, and carryingStrong manual and visual coordination skillsPositive attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to guest satisfactionWhy Join Fuddruckers?At Fuddruckers, we don’t just serve burgers — we create experiences.
