Clinical ExcellencePerform comprehensive pediatric dental exams and treatmentsSupervise and guide RDAs in delivering patient care (X-rays sealants polishing etc.)Provide Level I & II sedation when appropriateMaintain high clinical standards while meeting production goals2. Patient ExperienceDeliver empathetic child-centered dental careCommunicate clearly with children and their parentsAim for high patient satisfaction (target score: 90%)3. Collaboration & CultureWork closely with the Office Manager and team to foster our positive family-like cultureParticipate in peer reviews chart audits and continuous improvement efforts4. Safety & ComplianceAdhere to safety quality infection control and documentation standardsRefer patients appropriately to specialists when needed5. Medication & Sedation ManagementPrescribe medications and manage sedation procedures in line with licensing and safety protocolsEnsure proper documentation of controlled substances6.
