ResponsibilitiesProvide a professional security presence at assigned client sitesPatrol premises monitor access points and report safety or security concernsComplete accurate incident and daily activity reports via Belfry SoftwareRespond to emergencies and enforce site policies and proceduresMaintain communication with clients supervisors and fellow officersFollow all company and site-specific security protocolsQualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious security military or law enforcement experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication observation and problem-solving skillsDependable punctual and professional in appearance and demeanorMust be able to stand or walk for extended periods and work in various environmentsValid drivers license and reliable transportion requiredFlexible availability for shifts that vary by client needsAll candidates must pass a mandatory background checkRequired to attend an in-person orientation prior to being scheduled for any shiftsMilitary veterans and active duty members receive an additional $0.25/hour bonusCompensationStarting Pay: Based on each client contract and will vary by site Overtime: Paid for any hours over 40 hours per week weighted according to applicable lawBenefits: Employee Only for 30 Hours (FT) Only eligible after 6 monthsPaid Time Off: 24 hours earned after probationary period is satisfiedFull-Time (30 hours/ week):Part-Time (1629 hours/week):Why Join KREAt KRE Security LLC we provide professional security services across Pennsylvania.
