The primary duties include performing a variety of fuel and DRMO duties. This person is responsible for reporting and accounting for all fuel deliveries and fuel usage including fuel truck deliveries to generators and tanks within the area of responsibility in the contract.Typical duties include but are not limited to:Monitor and report fuel consumption in all fuel trucks and tanksResponsible for ordering fuel and keeping tanks full in accordance with the contract requirements.Provides monthly fuel usage reports.Loading and unloading packages/materials with the use of a forklift.Pulling and processing orders and shipments.Visual inspection of materials/equipment for DRMO.Generate and process DRMO documents from customers and inventory equipment going to DRMO.Responsible for obtaining DRMO appointments with DLA and communicating to customers.Operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.Qualifications:Highschool/Diploma GED is .Minimum 3 years experience in Fuels Management/closely related fieldMust possess the required environmental certifications relevant to the job.EMS training is preferred.First Aid/CPR Certification and OSHA series of training .Strong organizational skills are preferred.Physical Requirements:Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.May be to reach kneel walk stand and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.Work may require repetitive motion reaching lifting kneeling and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time climbing in and out of a vehicle and up and down stairs may also be .Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.Requirements: A valid state drivers license is with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tesseras insurance.Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ID-compliant drivers license or an acceptable alternative such as a U.S. passport or military ID in accordance with the REAL ID Act.
