QVC Group Inc. is a Fortune 500 company with six leading retail brands - QVC HSN Ballard Designs Frontgate Garnet Hill and Grandin Road.Your Opportunity Your TeamThe Fulfillment Facilities Manager supports QVC and will manage a team that is responsible for ongoing facility maintenance and conveyors for the fulfillment center. You will work onsite in Suffolk VA and your responsibilities will include building operations and maintenance uniformed security dining services housekeeping office services and employee store operations. You will report to the General Manager of the site.Where Youll WorkThis role is onsite and will require you to work from our Suffolk FC daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.What Youll DoMaintain site including building and capital expenditure projectsDirect the outsource relationship with vendors for dining services and housekeeping.Maintain relationships with property management liaisons. Plan and communicate major building projects.Responsible for financial budgets using forecasting tools.Implement CREWS responsibilities including building operations and maintenance uniformed security dining services housekeeping office services and employee store operationsEnsure that all systems (electrical mechanical and plumbing) perform at optimal levels following the law. Maintain statutory records certificates and test certificates in an up-to-date and available fashion.What Youll BringBachelors Degree or equivalent experience required5 years experience leading a facilities or maintenance team in a large-scale manufacturing or distribution environment.Develop working knowledge of all areas of the organization and the ability to develop a clear understanding of our functional processes and resources.Experience leading building operations and services.Experience making decisions concerning the operation of facilities the design implementation and operation of critical systems and capital /expense management.#LI-Onsite#LI-KW1Our Total Rewards package includes benefits youll love such as competitive compensation paid time off an employee assistance program parental leave paid volunteer hours and amazing company discounts!
