Our recruiters look forward to speaking with you about your background skills and compensation requirements.Location: Myerstown PAShift:WeekendWork Days - Friday Saturday SundayHours - 6:00am - 6:30pm OvertimeWhat you will do:Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environmentAssist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chainsEnsure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or exceedingproductivity standards and cost control managementEnsure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy unannounced inspections inventory accuracy etc.) for assigned area of responsibilityAchieve performance goals through KPI monitoring promote LEAN principles and process improvementLead and maintain a clean professional and safe work environment.
