Job Description SummaryThe FSA Cost Model Leader is a key member of the Product Management Team supporting the global installed fleet and new unit sales. This role is responsible for driving executing and innovating the entire Services FSA cost model methodology.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesLead the team responsible for owning developing and applying the Wind Services cost model across the Services organization from ITO to the end of the service contract term.Lead the cross-functional organization in the identification of productivity opportunities for the Wind Services cost model driving the ideas into the multi-generation product plans (MGPPs) with the responsible Product Managers.Own the Services FSA cost modeling methodology working closely with Finance Services Engineering and Product Management to drive improvements to methods that improve modeling capability.Provide support to contract performance managers (CPMs) and Commercial team for completion of Margin Reviews SI & II Analysis and supporting analysis.Serve as an expert in modeling development execution and problem solving for cost modeling methods. Act as the modeling expert resource for contract terms conditions technology business rules and related accounting principles.Improve Margin Review Process by driving recommending and implementing positive change to the modeling tool and process information; works to build consensus.Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.Required QualificationsBachelors Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering business or related discipline10 years of relevant engineering product management or commercial experience3 years of relevant leadership experienceEligibility RequirementsAbility and willingness to travel 10-25% when requiredDesired CharacteristicsDeep expertise in the Wind industryExperience in software data systems and analyticsStrong product management and/or commercial experienceDemonstrated ability to work with customers to deliver successful outcomesStrategic thinker able to navigate complexity develop clear actions and drive impactExcellent leader effective coach and trusted mentorExcellent communicator able to communicate in clear concise manner with customers cross-functional teams and senior leadersDemonstrated ability to influence others drive change and align cross-functional teams to successPay TransparencyThe base pay range for this position is $134000 - $223400 USD Annual.The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill set.
