Job Title: Full Stack Developer (C# MVC Oracle SOA HIPAA) Location: Albany NY (Hybrid) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Qualifications: Skilled in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design develop and maintain C# and applications for multi-tier web environments. Proficient in building and supporting web applications utilizing HTML XML JSON AJAX JavaScript jQuery Bootstrap and CSS. Experienced in Oracle database development including data modeling PL/SQL programming stored procedures packages indexes triggers and table creation. Adept at interpreting business requirements and translating them into effective application logic that aligns with functional and technical specifications. Experienced in developing applications using MVC 5 and later versions of the framework. Strong background in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) with hands-on experience creating web services using WCF RESTful APIs (Web API) message processing and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) integration. Experienced in developing and maintaining applications that handle sensitive healthcare data in compliance with HIPAA PHI regulations. Proficient in using Git and CI/CD pipelines for version control continuous integration and automated deployment.
