OverviewAs a Full-Stack Software Developer you will work with our growing DevSecOps practice delivering software features APIs and micros-service solutions. We are looking for candidates with 5 years of experience writing software using Agile and DevSecOps methods such as build/release management CI/CD practices and test automation.ContributionsResponsibilities include:Design develop and deploy modular micro-services and cloud-based systemsUnderstanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to other developersWrite and debug code for innovative software solutionsTroubleshoot software quality security and reliability issuesParticipate in code reviews and quality assurance activitiesAutomate unit and functional testsTesting and examining code written by others and analyzing resultsEnsure that software is secure against cyber threatsIdentifying technical problems performing root cause analysis and developing software updates and fixesDocument software code features and training guidesDocument as-is state of the environment perform a gap analysis and produce artifacts that articulate options and recommendationsLeverage virtualization and containerization to optimize and modernize software systemsAct as an individual contributor and mentor more junior team membersEngineer and implement solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement for the services providedQualificationsRequired:Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security ClearanceBS Degree in an IT field OR BS in a non-IT field and 2 years related IT experience5 Years of experience with one or more programming languages (Java Ruby react C C)5 Years of experience with Git SCM providers such as GitHub GitLab Bitbucket5 Years of experience with one or more programming or scripting languages ( Python)Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security ClearanceExperience with one or more clouds (I.e. The projected compensation range for this position is $85000 to $170000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
