Job Title: Full Stack Lead (WordPress PHP ) Location: Burbank CA or Orlando FL (Onsite from day one) Mandatory skill: WordPress PHP React HTML CSS & Java Script. AWS GIT . Good to have Knowledge on S3 Web server management SSL Rotation. Good to have prior experience in support and ticketing tool like service now JIRA. Full Stack Development: Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress PHP (Laravel or Core) and ReactJS. Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality. Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components. Experience in JavaScript Bootstrap and jQuery for dynamic responsive UI development Ability to learn and support COTS and SaaS Applications Support Team Leadership: Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes enhancements and client queries. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members. Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC CI/CD Agile & Sprint programs. Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams Hyper-Care support Performance optimization Unit Test & Integration test support Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely. Project Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers QA engineers and product managers. Participate in sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives. Ensure code quality security and maintainability. Required Skills & Experience: 8 years of experience in Full Stack Development. Strong proficiency in: WordPress (custom themes plugins REST API) PHP (Laravel CodeIgniter or Core PHP) ReactJS (Hooks Redux component-based architecture) Experience in JavaScript Bootstrap and jQuery for dynamic responsive UI development Experience with MySQL Git and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) is a plus. Proven experience in leading support or development teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
