Full Stack Software Engineer at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally

Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in full-stack software engineering with a strong frontend focus using NextJS and NodeJS.Hands-on experience with NextJS Tailwind NodeJS and Python.Experience working at a notable or well-recognized company preferably aligned with the ideal list provided.Start-up background whether as a founder early-stage contributor or part of a growth-stage team.Strong product sense with the ability to build end-to-end solutions.Experience working with generative AI or automating manual processes using AI.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders such as designers and customers. Responsibilities: Design and develop full-stack products including user interfaces robust APIs and scalable infrastructure.Partner with researchers engineers and designers to integrate generative models and unlock new consumer use-cases.Build high-quality product experiences with a focus on latency usability and visual craftsmanship.Work with customers and creatives to understand their needs and translate them into effective product solutions.Build end-to-end features including database tables APIs and front-end components ensuring a beautiful and simple user experience.Make product decisions and iterate on designs based on customer feedback and market data.
