Full Time Bank Teller - On-site in Wisconsin Rapids - Temp to Hire
Banking Customer Service Rep opening with our client in Wisconsin Rapids! This is a temp to hire position.
We are looking for a customer service oriented individual to provide a welcoming experience for banking clients.
Will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with day-to-day banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers and cashing checks
• Providing high level of customer service by answering questions about accounts, banking products and services
• Referring customer to appropriate banking product or specialist as needed
• Balancing cash drawer daily
• Taking appropriate action in the case of suspicious activity or potential fraud
• Complete required documentation and reports
• Answering the telephone

Duties may grow based on performance! Will work between the hours of 8:15am-4:45pm, Monday-Friday. Starting pay is $17.00/hour.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience highly preferred
• Accurate data entry and typing skill
• Excellent communication skill
• Comfort working on computers and learning new programs
• Proven reliability
• Familiarity with general office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, and multi-line telephone
• Ability to stand for long periods
