Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:Paid time offPart-Time Leasing Agent The Part-Time Leasing Agent serves as the community's sales representative, presenting the features and benefits of our apartments to prospective residents. This position is part-time, scheduled for approximately 24 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, personable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a sales environment while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities/ Skills/ Duties:Maintain a professional yet welcoming atmosphere in the leasing office and throughout the resident-facing areas.Inspect models and "make-ready" units daily to ensure cleanliness and appeal.Respond promptly to all inquiries and communication from prospects and residents.Demonstrate knowledge of local rental market conditions.Accurately complete all lease paperwork and applicant communications.Conduct follow-up with prospects to encourage leasing commitments.Participate in monthly trainings, including Fair Housing and Leasing best practices.Assist with outreach marketing efforts as assigned.Ensure maintenance follows up on deficiencies noted during move-in inspections.Conduct all business in compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other applicable laws.Qualifications/Experience Requirements:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance required.Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to complete a background check and drug screening.What We Offer:Vintage Realty Company provides a supportive, team-oriented environment with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.If you are interested in joining Riverscape Apartments as a Part-Time Leasing Agent (24 hours/week), please submit your resume and cover letter along with three professional references.Vintage Realty Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
