Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLicensed Clinician - On-site MindCare Solutions, is a leader in comprehensive mental health solutions in various settings: clinician owned and operated. We are seeking a licensed clinician that is looking for a partnership in a growing organization with a strong team-mentality working in an acute care hospital setting.Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday with every third weekend.Location: Johnstown, PA (on-site)Compensation:  up to $50/hr (based on experience)Position Summary:The licensed clinician provides for the care and management of the mental health needs of the patient population.Provides mental health services such as intake, crisis intervention, individual counseling and group counselingActs as a member of the treatment team to determine, coordinate and implement appropriate patient carePrepares and regularly maintains progress notes and discharge summaries on patientsThe licensed clinician facilitates regular therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient's treatment planUses social work skills to provide psychosocial support to patients and links patients to appropriate community resources.Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team contextAll other duties as assignedQualifications:Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counselingMust possess a current and unrestricted LCSW/LSW/LMSW/LMHC/LMFT/MSW in the state of PA.Acute care hospital experience, internship(s) in social service preferredAn appropriate combination of education, training, course work and experience may qualify an applicant to demonstrate required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesApplicants must successfully pass the required criminal background check Benefits: Clinician-first mentality Competitive Salary Malpractice Coverage Full Health & Wellness Benefits HSA/FSA 401k with 4% match Disability Life/ Ad&D Positive/Motivated Culture PTO Company DescriptionMindCare Solutions is a premier provider of behavioral health services, supporting hospitals, emergency departments, inpatient behavioral health units, long-term care centers, correctional settings and various other clinical settings.
