Sr. Merchandiser, International at Vuori, Inc

We are seeking a Sr. Merchant of International to support the assorting and management of the Mens & Womens DTC assortment for the International Channel. This individual will be responsible for supporting the execution of the brand product strategy narrowing in on International specific opportunities managing the DTC assortments for all international markets and helping to maintain a strong partnership between US Product Merchandising team and the International merchandising team. To be effective in this role the individual must be a strong communicator and an experienced merchant whos passionate about the performance apparel space Vuoris mission and embody the brands values. What youll get to do: Develop comprehensive assortment strategies for the international channel identifying product opportunities to deliver high growth expectations    Create long range assortment plan for each international market giving assortment growth direction by product segment and channel Build and manage the seasonal assortment tools and line sheets required for International  Act as a liaison between the Product Merchandising team and the International team Participate in all product milestones meetings to help represent the product needs of the International channel and ensure all assortment needs are met by the global assortment Refine the international Store & E-commerce assortments to ensure all market needs are met Sit as a core member of both the Merchandising team and the International team participating in weekly deliverables for both teams Own weekly product performance recaps for all international markets. Define product level opportunities and differences to US performance  Travel in market annually to partner with local market teams to better understand each markets customer needs. Partner with local teams on assortment growth strategies  Manage communication of all assortment changes and updates to international team Partner with Planning to execute seasonal buys ensuring global product and financial goals are met Provide Planning with assortment investment strategies including the management of style and color level rankings and comp style guidance Qualifications : Who you are: 5 years of merchandising experience Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience preferred Both DTC International experience preferred Strong understanding of the global apparel market and trends Strong eye for relevant and trend right product that aligns with brand aesthetic  Ability to travel internationally  Strong communication skills Experience using Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Illustrator Additional Information : Our investment in you:At Vuori were proud to offer the following to our employees: Health Insurance Savings and Retirement Plan  Employee Assistance Program Generous Vuori Discount & Industry Perks Paid Time Off  Wellness & Fitness benefits  The salary range for this role is $117000 - $150000 per year.
