Remote / Hybrid Plumbing Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative
Tampa, FL (In-Office + Work From Home Flexibility)
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$18–$25/hour (based on experience & performance)

What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
Adjust appointments in real-time to keep operations running smoothly
Communicate with technicians, customers, and management clearly and effectively
Track jobs, audit bookings, and maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan & Schedule Engine
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize booking opportunities
Check all lead avenues daily (calls, online inquiries, and booking platforms) to ensure no opportunities are missed
Daily Responsibilities
Monitor Schedule Engine dashboards and review call activity
Ensure all eligible calls are properly booked (and recover missed opportunities)
Follow up on overnight, after-hours, and incomplete calls
Manage multiple systems at once while maintaining accuracy
Coordinate technician schedules based on job progress and availability
Handle emergency calls with urgency and professionalism
Keep customers informed and confident during any schedule changes
What We’re Looking For
Dispatching and/or customer service experience (home service industry is a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple systems
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset
Experience with ServiceTitan is a bonus (not required)
Schedule & Flexibility
Primary schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be available for those seeking extra hours or expanded schedules
