Full Time Produce Manager - $32.33 / hour Immediate Opening at Jerry's Enterprises Inc.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Cub Foods Brookdale
Reports to: Store Director / Assistant Store Director
Classification: Union 663 Classified Assistant
Rate of Pay: $32.33 / hour
Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to:
• Make lasting connections with our customers
• Fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs) while maintaining appropriate shrink
• Assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep our shelves full and product fresh
• Prioritize and establish work lists to maintain a steady amount of work for employees
• Ensure all Produce employees are following store standards and know COOL
• Create and manage weekly work schedules for the entire team
• Train and develop future Produce Managers
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
Jerry’s would love to see an individual who:
• Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team
• Has experience working in a produce position (2-3 years preferred)
• Knows about preparing pre-cut fruit, following crisping programs for greens, and displaying product

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
FREQUENT:15%or moreof the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift.
OCCASIONAL:Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift.
