Work is performed daily with RCSU services staff and other medical providers. All work remains to the highest professional ethic standard and in compliance with the mission, values and guiding principles of the agency.Assist individuals with connecting with community resourcesAssists in creating a safe and healthy environmentDaily case management notesAssist with meals and snacks preppingAssists with connecting individuals with offsite appointmentsAssists with transporting individuals to appointments if necessaryAssist individuals with laundryPrepares rooms for client admissions and dischargesAssists with providing sight and sound supervisionAssists with answering phones and faxing documentsMonitors supplies needed on the unit and assists with obtaining samePresent in a professional and positive manner in all interactions with families, placing agents and the community at largeAttend staff and group meetingsWeekly supervisionAttends scheduled training as directedPerforms other duties as assigned or required
