We are looking for a dedicated, creative, hard-working educator to join our team!"We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant Teacher to create a safe and nurturing learning environment for our youngest children."Responsibilities:"This role involves diapering, feeding, and bathing infants, as well as engaging them in age-appropriate play and educational activities."Plan and implement activities and opportunities that encourage children’s curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving.Provide the children with age-appropriate activities that promote physical, intellectual, and social growth.Oversee safety and educational programs.Supervise children in the classroom and outdoors.Provide a supportive environment where children can learn and practice appropriate behaviors.Interact daily with parents; maintain open and cooperative communication with parents and families, encouraging their involvement in the program and supporting the child’s family relationships.Duties·Lead by example; encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching.·Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth.·Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.·Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.·Ensure a healthy classroom environment – including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children.·Maintain accurate records, forms and files.Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvementRequirementsPreferred minimum of one year of experience.Nice To HavesCertification for:Medication and Epi PenPediatric First Aid/CPRBenefitsPaid holidaysPaid bad weather daysVacation time
