We are committed to provide children with a high quality, fun-loving and well-rounded CHRISTIAN MONTESSORI preschool education.Desired Qualifications:- 12 ECE units OR 6 units with current enrollment for 6 ECE units.- Montessori or Early Childhood training and experience, a plus- Authorized to work in the United StatesFULL TIME Teacher 9- 6 pm- Team teaching with 4 other teachers for 28 children (see responsibilities below)Professional Qualities:- Possess curriculum development/implementation experience- Team player, positive role model, strong work ethic and take-charge attitude- Independent, creative, fun-loving and kind- Responsible and prompt- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Solid computer skillsResponsibilities:- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being- Prepare shelves and board with appropriate jobs and display- Plan lessons based on school curriculum- Circle time - present songs, finger play and movement activities- Hold Parent Conferences to share observations, based on records and assessment- Maintain cleanliness and documentation requirementsWe offer a competitive salary, generous paid personal time off/sick leave/holiday, retirement plan, disability insurance and funding for professional development.
