This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The IT Specialist ensures users experience minimal downtime through prompt issue resolution and proactive communication. The position requires hands-on work with PCs, printers, and networking equipment, as well as user account management and system configuration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, manufacturing-oriented IT environment. Occasional travel to local sites and participation in an after-hours support rotation are required.
