(by Allspring) where your expertise in fund accounting will make a real impact. As a Fund Services Analyst, you'll play a key role in performing fund accounting and operational responsibilities for collective funds and institutional portfolios. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days a week.Location(s): Minneapolis, MinnesotaRESPONSIBILITIESCalculate daily stable value Net Asset Values (NAVs) for collective funds and institutional portfolios.Reconcile investment activity, positions, and rates with external partners.Monitor portfolio metrics and compliance requirements to proactively identify and resolve issues.Prepare financial reports and statements for clients, auditors, and regulatory purposes.Support audits and client inquiries with accurate, timely information.Research and interpret accounting guidance to stay ahead of industry changes.Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate is an accounting professional with experience in fund accounting, operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit coordination, preferably with public accounting or other relevant experience.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of accounting experience with strong analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal.Independent problem solver with excellent organizational skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with stable value or fixed income investments.Knowledge of portfolio accounting, trade settlement operations, and fund processes.Familiarity with PAM Accounting software.BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; advanced certifications (CPA, CFA, MBA) a plus.Base Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
