DescriptionInvestment Middle Office Departmental Outline: JPMorgan Chases Investment Middle Office (IMOS) acts as the Middle Office for our clients across a range of products including but not limited to Listed Securities Cash ETDs OTCs Repos Bank Loans and CFDs. This team was established in 2020 and is expanding to add additional team members as our client base grows. IMOS deals with all stages of the lifecycle for each product from broker matching management of the clients custodial network lifecycle events including corporate events ensuring timely settlement of trades and cash management of claims and overdrafts client / regulatory reporting and input into the production of our Investment Book of Record delivery (IBOR).As aInvestment Book of Record (IBOR) Analystin theInvestment Middle Office Services (IMOS) teamyou will be responsible forproviding a premier service delivery and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the IBOR to our end clients. Additionally you will liaise with our clients and / or any associated financial organizations as required to ensure any issues are resolved to the clients satisfaction.The IBOR team specificallyprovides a single accurate investment portfolio upon whichto base investment activities around and is the basis for multiple dynamic views of positions for front-office functions. IBOR is notsimply a data repository supporting the investmentfunction though it isa processing engine capable of reflecting essentially every type of business event affecting the investment portfolio and can process these changes as they occur no matter whattheir source.Job responsibilitiesAct as a point of contact within the Global/Regional IBOR team for a client or clients and internal partners to build strong relationships in order to support key interactions and continued premier service deliveryParticipate an where required in client service reviews and other client meetingsOwnership of the various components of the daily operational activities essential to the construction and delivery of client reporting (IBOR)Seek opportunities and take ownership of initiatives to improve service levels and improved efficiency for J.P. Morgan and the ClientMaintain robust standard operating policies (SOPs) procedures and guidelines to meet corporate risk and control standards and principlesOwnership and/or active participation of key projects or tasks to ensure the continued IMOS global strategy is maintained as required.Build solid and interactive internal relationships with our global operations partners client service and other products including Front Office Performance & Risk and Compliance teamsWork with management to achieve 100% timeliness and accuracy and seamless integration in a follow the sun modelAbility to work cross functionally with technology service product and other operations teams to manage the entire IBOR service deliveryRequired qualifications capabilities and skillsBaseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in operations with a focus on executing routine transactions and process improvements.Proven ability to apply active listening and questioning techniques to understand and address client needs effectively.Experience in continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on applying innovation and design thinking techniques to enhance operational efficiency.With planned real estate expansion for JPMorgan Chase this role is subject to change locations within the Tampa region.Required Experience:IC Key Skills ENT,Economics,Apps,Freelancing,Management Administration Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Operations Experience: years Vacancy: 1
