NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Funeral Support Supervisor at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas Texas. Our administrative teams assume the crucial role of ensuring seamless operations throughout every stage of the delicate client family life cycle from the initial meeting with families until final arrangements are made. We serve as the cornerstone of our client family support structure acting as the glue that holds everything together. We are problem solvers and peace-of-mind-providers - we uphold our commitment to care in every interaction.The Funeral Support Supervisor is responsible for aiding location management by assisting in tasks as needed to ensure clients and guests are satisfied with their memorial services.ResponsibilitiesMonitors daily service and staffing schedules to ensure proper coverageWorks closely with Funeral Home Manager to develop goals ensure compliance and promote exceptional customer serviceEstablishes and maintains strong business relationships with familiesMaintains reverence and respect for the deceased at all timesConducts regular inspections of fleet vehicles. Ensures that all are in good working order. Conducts drivers training for Funeral Directors and Staff Associates.Assists funeral directors with events held on site including services and arrangement conferencesConduct regular training sessions with Staff Associates inspect their work respond to their questions and issues and monitor and approve their weekly timecardsEstablishes and maintains community partnerships.QualificationsHigh School DiplomaValid drivers license and satisfactory driving record.High level of compassion and integrityAbility to handle difficult situationsCompensation$27.00-$29.00/hr.
