That means showing up in uniform, making strong eye contact, smiling, and striking up friendly conversations with clients and team members alike.Your Responsibilities:Greet every client with professionalism, friendliness, and energy – you're the face of Braylor!Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly at all times.Ensure the moving truck is stocked with all necessary materials: receipts, safety equipment, marketing supplies, etc.Make smart, on-the-spot decisions during moves (e.g. what to recycle, donate, or dispose of; how to pack/load a truck efficiently).Support and help train new team members in Braylor’s core values and daily operations.Minimize mistakes that can lead to damages, injuries, or unhappy customers.Stay in touch with your supervisor throughout the day for any updates or new assignments.What You Bring:A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.A passion for helping others and delivering world-class customer service.Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.Dependable transportation to and from work.Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.Ability to pass a federal background check.Compensation: $15.00 per hourEmployment Type: Per Diem / As Needed / PRN
