Resla is a leading provider of Tesla rental services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Rental Fleet Supervisor to join our team and oversee the efficient management and maintenance of our rental fleet.Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)As a Rental Fleet Supervisor you will play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day operations of our rental fleet. You will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles and equipment are well-maintained available for rental and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Primary ResponsibilitiesFleet Operations:Coordinate with rental agents to ensure timely and accurate rental transactions.Oversee the daily operations of the rental fleet including vehicle deployment maintenance and servicing.Maintenance Management:Ensure that all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards.Schedule and supervise routine maintenance inspections and repairs of rental vehicles and equipment.Inventory Control:Conduct regular physical inventory checks coordinate receipt of new carsMaintain accurate records of the rental fleet inventory including vehicle status mileage and maintenance history.Ensure that all impounds & recoveries happen in a timely & professional mannerCustomer Service:Ensure a positive customer experience through well-maintained and reliable rental units.Collaborate with rental agents to address customer inquiries concerns and requests promptly.Quality Assurance:Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.Implement and enforce quality control measures for the rental fleet.Team Leadership:Provide training and support to ensure a high level of team performance stepping in as needed to achieve team goals.Supervise a team of fleet operators - scheduling dispatching equipment confirmation fleet maintenance support etc.Reporting and Analysis:Analyze data to identify opportunities for operational improvements.Prepare regular reports on fleet performance maintenance costs and utilization rates.Why EquipmentShareBecause we do things differently and we think youll feel it from day one.
