Responsibilities include working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive salary plus commission/bonus, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), commission plus bonus, flexible hours, and growth potential/opportunity for advancement within the agency.

Requirements include sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, being people-oriented, self-motivated, detail oriented, and the ability to multi-task.
