Multiline Representative Sales-Focused Insurance Professional

Brian Moscaritolo State Farm is seeking a motivated, sales-dominant Multiline Representative who thrives on building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and closing business. This role is designed for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, identifying protection gaps, and confidently recommending insurance solutions that help customers protect what matters most. Licensing guidance and support are provided. Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.

As a Multiline Representative, you will play a key role in agency growth by generating new business and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You will conduct needs-based conversations, present coverage solutions, and close policies across multiple product lines. This is a production-focused role for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving results.

Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs. Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies. Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities. Build strong relationships that drive retention and referrals. Follow up on leads, quotes, and renewal opportunities to convert sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy activity. Collaborate with team members to achieve office production goals.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence in sales conversations and asking for the business. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred. Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above.
