Join the team at the an escape room recently recognized as one of the top 10 in the entire country: Escape Plan Columbia!Working at Escape Plan, you will help provide a unique and highly entertaining experience for groups as they attempt to complete one of our interactive “escape rooms". We are rapidly expanding, and we are looking for people who have flexibility and are available part time. While weekends are a requirement, we are currently looking for someone who has availability to work a few shifts a week that could be weekday mornings, daytime, or evenings.Characteristics we’re looking for in an employee:Be patient, a motivator, friendly, and approachable.Knows your way around tools.Consider yourself a handyman.Trustworthy. Dependable. Punctual.Respectful and professional.Takes initiative.Quick problem solving skills.Courteous with excellent customer service skills.Independent and a team player.Flexible schedule and be able to work weekdays, weekends and evenings.A “get it done” type of personality.Bilingual is a plus, but not required.Job Responsibilities:Greet customers and provide incredible customer service. Our customers deserve the utmost respect.Answer phones & book experiences.Go over experience rules and give storylines.Monitor experience, while providing clues & solving technical problems.Reset the rooms between experiences.Basic daily cleaning.Spread the word about our escape room!Send us your resume, a brief cover letter, and a selfie that shows us why you’re incredible for this job.
