PTO and holiday pay become available after one year of employment.What You'll Do (Your Daily Quests) Support players by resolving gameplay, account, connectivity, and platform-related issues Troubleshoot common PC and console gaming problems using diagnostic steps and platform tools Respond to player inquiries via email and support systems with clarity and professionalism Follow up to ensure player issues are fully resolved, and satisfaction is achieved Translate technical solutions into easy-to-understand language for gamers of all experience levels Document interactions accurately using customer support software Collaborate with teammates to improve the overall player experience Represent the gaming community with patience, empathy, and professionalismWhat It Takes to Level Up Strong passion for PC and/or console gaming is required (phone/mobile gaming does not qualify) Hands-on experience with gaming platforms, systems, and common troubleshooting steps Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical players Comfort level using email platforms such as Outlook and customer support software Customer service or call center experience is helpful, but secondary to gaming knowledge Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving skills Team-oriented mindset and desire to help players succeedReady to Start a New Game?If you live and breathe PC or console gaming and want to support the players who depend on it, this is your moment.
