Regional Technical Sales Manager – Central WAA long-standing construction manufacturer has hired Aspen Personnel Service to help them find a Regional Technical Sales Manager.This role focuses on developing new business, supporting technical sales, and working with contractors, engineers, and project teams on large commercial and infrastructure projects.Responsibilities:· Develop new business within assigned markets· Build and maintain strong customer relationships· Review plans and specifications to recommend precast solutions· Coordinate with engineering, estimating, production, and logistics· Manage project updates and client communication· Travel up to 50 percent as neededQualifications:· 3 to 5 years of technical sales, engineering, or construction business development experience· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings· Experience with commercial or infrastructure projects· Strong communication and problem-solving skills· PE or EIT preferred but not requiredCompensation:· $80K - $95K base plus commission (based on sales targets, account base expansion and team performance)Benefits:· Company-paid medical and dental· 401k with company match· Car allowance or company vehicle· PTO, holidays, vacation, and travel reimbursement
