We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.Partner with the bestAs a Gas Turbine Mechanic you will perform various operations including but not limited to: disassembly inspection and reassembly of rotating equipment including gas turbines units and centrifugal compressors from multiple OEMs.Due to a high-quality client service Our Houston Work shop has increased their business by 30% giving room for an additional Gas Turbo Mechanic to join our team.As a Gas Turbine Mechanic you will troubleshoot test assemble disassemble and perform the visual inspection of Rotating Equipment.Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment you will perform all test with minimal instruction.You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policiesAs a Gas Turbine Mechanic you will be responsible for:Demonstrating familiarity with hand pneumatic and hydraulic tooling Accurately use precision measuring equipment (ID / OD / depth micrometers calipers etc.)Possessing a deep mechanical aptitude with ability to independently comprehend complex machining or assembly drawingsWorking as a team member to follow detailed work routers for inspection and repair of units and rotating equipment while under time constraintsProviding On-Site support as neededFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a High School Diploma or equivalent diplomaHave minimum 5 years of overhaul and repair experience in at least one of the following areas: GE10 PGT 10/PGT 25 Frame 3/Frame 5Be flexible to work both 1st and 2nd shift.Have good knowledge of HSE requirements and be able to follow and update safety policies and proceduresWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone this role we can offer the following flexible working patterns:This position will be full-time on site at the Houston - Aldine Westfield location.
